So this week was CRAZY hectic!!! We were able to help out President make the changes for this transfer and give our opinions. Our mission is now very young and there are not very North Americans at all. Normally the Zone Leaders are 50/50 Gringo Latino. But now ther are only 5 North American leaders! We are all very excited about that!!!!
So the next day we did transfers and alot of the missionarys had changes!!! We had to help set up everything but the coolest experince of the day was waking up at 4:00 to go pick up the new missionarys at the MTC here in Peru. There are 9 of them and so we went with them on a bus with the kids of President Larson, Abby and Matthew!! We then gave trainings all day long to the new missionarys, the trainers and others. IT WAS AWESOME!!!
The next day we had meetings with all the district leaders and Zone leaders of the misison. President was inspired to do a practice in front of all the Zone leaders and he asked Elder Matareco and me to do the practice! We were nervous but the spirit was so strong!
The coolest part so far about my new assignment is being so close to President and Sister Larson. They are so humble and I have already learned a ton!!!! LOVE YOU ALL SOOO MUCH!!!!!!

Sounds like everything is super awesome back home! This week was pretty crazy! This is my first pday on saturday and its kind of weird but its all good! I like it! Being Assistent is super fun but a ton of work! It is such a great chance to serve more missionarys and be an intstrument in Gods hands. What I have liked most is being around President Larson. He is such a humble man. I have already learned so much from him and im excited to be able to work so closely to him! So we have a sector but its not very often that we get to work there. We are mostly out with the other Missionarys or in the offices with President. He cares about us so much and really wants our opinion on alot of things. We give trainings to the misionarys as well. This thursday we had a training with all of the District Leaders of the Mission and then in the afternoon had a meeting with all the Zone leaders to put goals and work with them alot. I absolutly LOVE my companion. He is so amazing and so very humble. He is also from bolivia ankd he is a great example! The mission is doing really well right now. They are a few missionarys with pride and obedience problems but we are trying to do all that we can. We are involved in all the "mission drama" and so thats not too fun but its a great chance to help!!! ah things are super different! Yesterday was the first time we got to work in our own sector! I dont have any idea why. We live like 30 minutes for the offices and our room is pretty big because in the past all the misisonarys that were going home stayed in the Assistents house. I love it here! We are in the offices only sundays and mondays but also for all types of trainings or if president needs us. The daily schedule is the same unless president says otherwise!Our church is like 30 minutes from here. its like a normal ward and normal sector love you so much mom and im praying that we can chat! The famliy sounds awesome!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!

I would like to share with you how touching it was yesterday to watch your sweet son step right in and take off as the new assistant. You would think he had been doing this for a long time. He is so humble and has huge support from his fellow missionaries. He is greatly admired in the mission because he is just good and kind. He is wise beyond his years and as he jumped in and taught both the new trainers and new missionaries yesterday, it was really easy to follow his counsel to them because the Spirit was there. Thank you for raising such an amazing young man and supporting him here. He has done and will do many amazing things. He has changed lives, and will change many. It is going to be a delight to have him and his companion serve so closely with my husband.
