Hello from Lima Peru! My husband and I are serving a mission here in Lima, and we are in the same mission as your wonderful son. Several weeks ago, your son and his companion joined us for breakfast before the Saturday morning session of General Conference. When we first met Elder Noel, he had been called to be one of the assistants to President Larson, and was coming to the mission office just as we were leaving. We instantly knew what a great missionary he was. He is not only very dedicated and thoughtful, but an inspiring example. Below is a picture of our breakfast with your son and his (then) companion, Elder Denler, and two other missionaries in our zone, Elder Sanchez and Elder Brady. We enjoy having the missionaries over, and getting to know them better.

You have raised an incredible son who has touched many people here in Peru. He has a special spirit about him and is an exemplary leader. The qualities he possess will be a blessing to others as he continues to serve, undoubtedly, in leadership positions throughout his life. He is working diligently to serve as the Savior would have him.
