So this week was an interesting onen. I have been so blessed to see people hit rock bottom and help them change there lives. We met an investigator named margarita! She owns a bodega and is so awesome! shes about 68 years old and has to go to the hospital alot because her husband used to beat her and now she cant breath well.. She was going to come to church and the christmas devotional but her son came to her house and it doesent look like her realtionship is well with him either. we went to pick her up and she just started crying and shook her head... So sad but i cannot wait to see the finished product!
We almost got robbed or killed this week so that was cool haha we were buying food in alittle tienda and a drunk guy walked in and told us to take out everything we had... he then saw our plack and said just kidding! however he was pretty upset... he asked me to preach to him and backed me into a corner! I was shaking but a calming spirit came over my body and i knew everything would be good. i started preaching to him and i felt like i had so much power! He then took us outside told us his life story then left. Then Elder Caipo tasked me how i wasent scared, i told him the account and Caipo told me that the man had pulled out a gun while i was talking but put it back in his pocket! I trusted in the spirit and was protected! Sorry for the story mom!
I wasnt to end with sharing my testimony that i know christ lives. i know he watches over us. I know he died for us but more importantly he lives for us. I know for a fact there is no greater work than the work of the Lord. I am so privledged to be apart of it!

Wow thank you so much for the update! Sounds like things are pretty good at home! Yah im getting alot more food but i cant deem to make any of the weight stick.. pray for me because i look like i telephone pole. unfortunatly president Larson is the strictness mission president ever and we cant leave the mision. its hard because there are so many cool things outside the mission and nothing much to do inside because its the smallest mission in the world! its hard to accept at times but we are blessed for obedience. i absolutly LOVE President Larson. the president before him was a huge goofball that broke just about every rule for baptisms and now Pres. Larson has to burn the missionarys here haha he is having to fix up the whole mission and has put alot of rules to make us more obedient! ITS WORKING! haha i love him! Good to hear the aggies are going bowling again but i feel like we could have done more this season. crazy its already over! who is in the national championship playoffs? haha friggin YBU! got to love them right? Soudns like basketball is good! What was the Duke score! question, who was the 70 that i gave a talk with in stake conference? i cant remember! I have often thought about our missionary work at home! Do we have a lider missional? Consejo de barrio? how does that all work out. anyways dad love you so very much. thanks for everything!!!

hahahahahaha Glad to hear the fam is doing good and my heart just dropped in my lap when you said you got a letterfrom the courts! haha but im glad to hear that everyone is doing good! Not much happens back home im realizeing haha things here are good! We still havent moved because we went to check out the new apt. and its smaller than the one we have right now... The people here dont understand that we are two men who need a place to live not just sleep haha its so tiny! so we have to find another spot wich will be very difficult because ive looked my whole time here and havent found anything! FREAKING POTATO BOWL. im so sick of it now haha but its good for the program! haha bronco mendenhal hehehehe Anyways things are good here. This week kind of got away from us and i dont know why.. we had a couple sketchy experiences and it made me alittle timid to contact people. I need to get behind that tho! How does this whole thing work about jury duty haha maybe God is telling me i need to be a lawyer haha Im getting back on later but let me know if you can taqlk right now! LOVE YOU MOM

well, just be smart and don’t try to be a hero. Also, don’t carry tons of money with you! Grandma Dot is going to flip about the story you put in your letter. I wont be surprised if I don’t get a few calls over that one. I love and miss you!! but i know you are loving it. I am a whimp and if you said you wanted to come home i would be like. OK haha! Just kidding, this is good for all of us. We can do hard things! Do they do anything different do there with the holidays? Do you know where you are going to get to Skype us?

haha yah i was debated wether or not to put that in but what the heck haha at least my mom out here, Hermana Larson doesent know about it haha Mom this is a great thing and the blessings are eternall! yiou dont want me home trust me im a boob. They celebrate with a ton of fireworks! they call it noche blanca or white night! I dont know yet because transfers are the 15th and if i get transfered i will have no idea. im going to create an account and will send you the info when i do! Do you want to skype at grandmas or just with you guys?
