So to start out i just want to let everyone know that is is SOOOOO hot down here. i am litterally dying.. The sun burns like a mother and we are right by the ocean so i constantly feeel like im sweating and swimming in the air. haha sorry to paint that picture for you guys i just thought id let you know haha
So here because its starting to get so hot they all put out pools in the streets and everyone just swims in them and plays super loud music in the street and drink 5 gallons of beer haha i feel like im in Soddom and Gomora.. haha we get shouted at alot down here and had water thrown on us this week but we just pick our heads up and smile on :)
So this week we had stake conference here and they put our ward with the ward callao and transmitted it. Lets just say the ward we went to is the most dysfuncional thing ive ever seen in my life haha i was so very annoyed! it wasent working the transmission and so the people began to talk and be super loud and on top of that there were like 5 GATOS (CATS) Roaming the hallways!! it wouldnt have been so bad if we didnt have 3 investiagators there... made a trip and starting picking up all of the cats and the members were laughing at me haha i threw all them in the street hoping a car would stop them from returning haha i was soooo stressed out and millin other things happend but oh well... its passed.. on to the next one haha.
Anyways i am doing really good everyone! Things are awesome here and the lord is blessing us for our dilligence and obedience!

Thanks for the updates and the encouragment. i love it! Wow. to be honest i had the strongest spirirtual impression that sister dillman died this week! We were walking and it just hit me! i hope marianne is ok.. Dad is an awesome bishop and will take care of everything! Everything is good here. We are working super hard and finding alot of people. our problem is getting people to progress and our ward is the worst organized production i have ever seen in my life. This week was embaressing to bring investigators mom... EMBARESSING! haha i will put a few storys in my weekly email but i have met alot of cool people. the people are also starting to get more drunk and careless out here. its so hot that everyone puts out pools in the street and everyone will like throw random people in haha we are trying to be safe and have only been threated once and had a bucket of water thrown at us haha got to love it! ALOT of stuff is going on at home but its a good thing! We are going to be able to listen to Elder Uceda this week as a mision they are going to help us a ton! It is still dificult assuming the senior companion role as a junior companion but we are dooing great and havent faught yet. i feel like god has blessed me with the gift to get along with others. President told me when he was making changes he thought about Elder Cid and knew that i was supposed to be his comp. pres told me, Elder Noel is just always so happy! I havent heard one bad thing about him and he gets along with everyone. He will be perfect for Elder Cid! It was awesome to hear that. we had interveiws this week and got to talk with pres and sister larson for awhile. they are so inspiring and are like my 2nd parents! i love them! But anyways things are really good here. we are working so hard its insane.. honestly my legs are roasted haha. LOVE YOU MOM!!

Things are awesome out here. we are woking a ton! Since i arrived we have been able to find 30 new people and of those 30 14 are showing signs of progression! If having alittle trouble assuming the senior companion role as a junior companion haha its difficult but i know i was called here for a reason! i had a strong impression this week while walking that she died. i dont know why but i just did! I know you are donig a great job consoling them and taking care of there needs! Im doing good dad. President told me that he has a couple misionarys that are really disobedient and not dilligent but there baptizing a ton. then he told me he has alot of missionarys working there brains out and cant get anyone to progress. he told me to not worry about numbers. at the end of my mission he isnt going to ask how many people did he baptized he is going to ask me who i have become. he really inspired me and im trying everyday to live by his council!
